My Go-To Healthy Lunch: Turkey and Laughing Cow Wraps

For those of you who don't know, I've been making huge efforts to eat healthier, which coincides with the fact that I'm started doing the workout, Insanity Asylum. I've already finished about two rounds of the Insanity program, but this one is, hands down, so much harder!

But I've seen great results (I'm on day 16!), and this only motivates me to keep going and maintain my healthy eating. So, without further ado, here's my go-to healthy lunch.

Turkey and Laughing Cow Wraps

What you need:

  • Turkey - either sliced or shaved
  • Laughing cow light mozzarella cheese
  • Red peppers or any kind of veggie that you'd like
  • 1 whole grain tortilla
  • Mustard, mayo or any other preferred topping

Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the laughing cow cheese. On top of this, add the turkey, veggies and toppings. Voila, done! It's a super easy and healthy meal.
